MY MED-TECH BACKGROUND
▸ Medical: intensivist & clinical pharmacologist
I am a medical specialist with a background in internal medicine (i.e. internist) and further specialization in both critical care (i.e. intensivist) and clinical pharmacology (i.e. clinical pharmacologist).
I am also trained as a forensic physician, which is a whole ‘nother story 😉
▸ Technical: AI PhD candidate, AI consultant & Biomedical engineer
I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in biomedical engineering, specialized in image and signal analysis. I am proficient in data science and machine learning techniques with Python, and am currently pursuing a PhD in AI. Find my publications here! 😁
I have also offered my services as a medical AI advisor at a really cool AI startup 😎 And I am responsible for creating the vision and strategy on AI in a large teaching hospital in The Netherlands.
